I Was Put On Antibiotics And A Coarse Of Steroids

I was put on antibiotics and a coarse of steroids 2 days ago for a tight and stuffy chest causing coughing all the time,I was also put on a nebuliser that day to help clear it slightly, as I returned home I took my prescribed medication and about 1 hour later I felt weak dizzy and then my nose started bleeding like a tap, I rested up,I had another nose bleed this morning at 6am the minute I woke to use the toilet, it's 10pm now and I'm trying to sleep for the past hour and feel my chest is tight and my breaths are deep and trying to cough like to get a bigger breath, should I go to a&e
