I Was Scared With Flu Like Viral Infection Last Week.

I was scared with flu like viral infection last week. Had since Tuesday night. Symptom were typical fever chills every bone in my body aches high fevers nausea and diarrhea. Well every symptom but the diarrhea has left my body. I have been drinking and not dehydrated yet. I'm weak and just plan feel bad. How long until I follow up with my doctor? I have lost 14 lbs in 4 days and keep looking.
