I Was Slapped On My Cheek And Cannot Hear Properly

I was slapped on my cheek, due to which unable to hear properly. No ear pain as such but feel that I am unable to hear properly. Do you think I need to give it a week to heal naturally and then consult ENT specialist? I am planning to use some ear drops to help it heal. Do you suggest this is fine?

any external trauma by slap or blast can lead to deafness temporarily or permanenebtly depending on the external force. do not put any drops before evaluating the depth of injury. consult ent surgeon to rule out the depth of injury & treatment.
