I Was Wondering If I Should Get A Second Opinion

I was wondering if I should get a second opinion on my symptoms? I was home sick on Thursday and Friday with a nasty cough with yellow/green phlegm, severe chest pain, pain ion my lungs and difficulty breathing. The doctor said it is just a chest cold, but I think it might be more than that. Would you care to give me your opinion?
