I Went In For An Ecg Scan After Experiencing What

I went in for an ecg scan after experiencing what felt like my heart stopping for 3 seconds, and it displayed a bundle branch block pattern. I was put on a heart monitor for a week. I can't remember what it displayed but I remember that there was something wrong but it wasn't serious enough at the time to seak treatments. That was roughly 6 or 7 months ago. Since then, I haven't had many palpatations or any real heart abnormalities. However, these past couple weeks, my heart will commonly hurt. I can't describe the pain really well. Sometimes it is sharp, other times it is an ache. On a scale of 1(nothing) to 10(intense), the pain is usually no higher than a 6 at most. Following are genurally palpatations. What could be the thing wrong with me? And is it something that comes and goes? Or is it something that's getting worse right now?
