I Woke This AM, Lifted My Head Off The Pillow

I woke this AM, lifted my head off the pillow and felt an very painful and discrete pain in my neck. I was unable to lift my head from the pillow.

I still have a lot of pain, now in my neck and my left shoulder but have eased it with Advil enough to move my head but still very limited. I have a large lump at the base of my neck into my left shoulder 2" x 2" which I hadn't noticed before.
