I Woke Up This Morning And Took A Tumble Down

I woke up this morning and took a tumble down stairs after I got up and felt fine then after a bit I was sick I feel fine as I am Carring on as normal I don't feel ill or anything but I do seem to get a lot of dizzy spells sometimes I am on medication and o do suffer with asthma and have a heart blockage please can you tell me why this has happened and why do I get a lot of dizzy spells
