I Woke Up This Morning With A Blood Vessel Broken

I woke up this morning with a blood vessel broken in my left eye, there is a little bit of discomfort associated with it, but I can see fine. I don't remember poking it with anything while I slept and I didn't exert myself in anyway before bedtime. Do I have anything to worry about or is this a "warning sign" for anything? Thanks
