I Woke Up Yesterday With My Whole Body Aching. I

I woke up yesterday with my whole body aching. I felt weak throughout the day but no other symptoms that night I had to urinated badly and when I tried to go it was as something was blocking it no pain just slow trickle took me 10 minutes to fininsh. Same symptoms persisted following day aleve helped with muscle ache but still have urination problem again no pain. I am away on vacation for a few more days.
