I Would Just Like To Inquire If I Am Diabetic Type 1/2 Or Pre- Diabetic?

Good day to all! I am 22 years old, male and My family have history of Diabetes on the paternal side. 1 year ago I had my FBS and the result was 111mg/dL. I then decided to change my sedentary lifestyle. I exercise 6 to 7 days a week and limit my carbohydrate intake, as well. From 78 kilos (5 months ago) I am now down to 66 kilos. I then checked my FBS 1 month ago and the result was 90mg/dL. I would just like to inquire if I am diabetic type 1/2 or pre- diabetic? Thank you very much!

your weight is good.. try to maintain the same range..
As your parent is diabetic, you are in risk category, of becoming a diabetic in middle age.. at present the FBS values are with in normal, you are not a diabetes patient.

Before you are told a battery of different tests one after another just to keep you busy forever get following done if you yourself suspect anything:



(1) FBS

(2) PPBS

(3) C-Peptide

(4) GAD

(5) OGTT

(6) ESR

(7) C reative protien

(8) Lipid Profile

(9) CBC

(10) HBA1C



maybe tests for pancreas islets working etc etc.



Then go to a doctor with these reports. Without these tests doctors today are clueless on everything. Perhaps add urine tests, stool tests also to above list. Perhaps something to test your liver and kidneys too.



Since you are susceptible, ban all junk food, engineered oils and fats, coke, pepsi, miranda crap (all processed craps which pump in fructose in your body) and move towards alkaline diet.


DUMP Flouride toothpaste that you may have been using all these years. It's POISON.

Hi,
To decide diabetes fasting blood sugar is not enough,it may not give any clue about diabetes.
You go for post partum blood sugar (PPBS),if it is above 180 then it is confirmed that you are diabetic.
To be very sure you may go for G.T.T. or AG1c which gives average three months glucose level.
