hI...wE ARE TTC, I HAD MY LAST AF AUG 11 AND AUG 23 AND 24 HAD VERY LIGHT SPOTTING( MIGHT BE OVULATION) MY BBT RISE AUG 25 AND FROM 20 TO 27 HAD UNPROTECTED S#X WITH DH. NOW I AM 11 DPO I TESTED 9,10 11 DPO AND BFN BUT I HAVE ALL THE SYMPTOMS THAT I AM PREGGERS, CAN I DO BLOOD TEST TO CONFIRM?

After missing the period, there are various types of tests to confirm the pregnancy.

Urine pregnancy test is conclusive only 8-10 days after missed period.

Ultrasonography also is conclusive after 8-10 days after missed period.

However, Beta hCG test is very sensitive and specific; hence is conclusive even 2-3 days after missed period. This test done on blood is rather costly. You may get this test done to diagnose your pregnancy.

Otherwise you can wait for 8-10 days after missed period and get urine pregnancy test and/or ultrasonography done.
