IS Flaxseed Good For Diabetic Patients?

ve diabetes 2 and I eat oatmeal with blueberries and non fat milk with 1 tablespoon of milled flaxseed in it. The article on this page stated I need to up that amount of flaxseed to 4 tablespoon to derive the benefits I am looking for. Is that correct?

Flaxseed is beneficial in different ways. It contains omega 3 fatty acids, fiber and anti oxidants.

The exact amount needed to be beneficial is not known but it is thought that dose may be between 1 to 2 tablespoons daily though some persons may use up to 4 tablespoons. You may want to consider increasing to 2 tablespoons at the moment.
