Hello
It seems from the history that your son who is 1 year old is having red and sire eyes.
This can be because of infection of the eyes like acute conjunctivitis.
The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops.
In children we prefer to use antibiotics like moxifloxacin or tobramycin.
Gucithalmic contains fusidic acid and it is not a preferred antibiotic for use in 1 year old child.

Thank you
