IS It Dangerous To Have Swollen Tonsils And Tongue Ulcers During Pregnancy?

Hello there, I'm nearly 33 weeks pregnant and I think I may have tonsillitis - my tonsils are swollen and my neck hurts, I have had a few tongue ulcers and I'm also coughing up lot of phlegm - is this dangerous for my baby and how am I able to treat it if at all please? I am 33 years old, weigh about 12 stone (baby included!), am 5'4" and am allergic to penicillin, although generally have a strong immune system.
