IS Pain In Spine And Neck Normal After Lumbar Puncture Procedure?

MY 18 year old daughter had LP on tuesday for black our sizures and head pain , the lp was clear but it took 4 attempts , she is now in a lot of pain from here hips up her spine and to her neck... is this normal? and what should she be doing besides taking pain killers
