Ice Cold Feet And Hands, Rest Of Body Hot. Underlying Cause?

Ive been feeling unwell the past few weeks.. I'm 24, and female. My feet and hands will be ice cold, and I personally will be freezing, but the rest of my body is extremely hot to touch..my boyfriend couldn't even lay next to me, he said I was radiating. Lol this mainly happens once I start to get ready for bed.. what could this mean?

Hi ice cold feet and hands and body hot can be due to palmoplantar hyperhydrosis.falciparum malaria or if the patient is in shock.first try to treat the fever ie body hot with paracetamol .if no response go for antimalarial drugs if the smear for mp is positive for falciparum. Do a serum electrolytes to rule out cardiogenic shock
