Icy, Cold Sperm, Thick, Difficulties In Urination. Advice?

Hi, I a 49 year old male, and experiencing problems. my sperm has gone icy cold, and there,s hardly any of it, and it,s very thick, also i just went to the toilet and I URInated on the floor without any feeling at all, it just gushed out when I thought I,d finished. also find difficulties in weeing, stopping/starting and trying to push it out. please can u help or do u have any advice. thanking u.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having urinary tract infection or due to urinary incontinence might be due to lax urethral muscles or sphincter.
There might be having lax pelvic floor muscle or some prostate problem.
Consult urologist and get examined.
Do pelvic floor muscle exercise.
Ok and take care.
