If A 23 Yr Old Gal Has A BP, What Should She Do To Make It Normal ?

help wanted if a 23 yr old gal has a Blood pressure as low as 68/96? help wanted if a 23 yr old gal has a Blood pressure as low as 68/96....wats should she do to make it normal.What are the remedies.Please help? once in a while she gets weak ness and dizzy

oookk.... 68/96 is not right number for blood pressure....if it is right it should be 96/68...in which case, if she is not having dizzy spells or lightheadedness, it's fine. I have low blood pressure myself and I am fine with it. But if she does get dizzy with it, she needs to drink water and increase salt intake. That should help a bit.
