If Menstrual Sanitary Pads Invites The Ants Indicate Of Any Disease?

I have my menstrual period and noticed that the used up pads invites ants do u think somthing wrong inside that invites the ants? like if your urine invites ants it says that you have diabetes does it the same with menstrual period that invites ants?
