If One Dose Of Clexane Injection Is Missed In Pregnancy What Should Be Done?
Hi, I am taking 60ml injections of clexane daily during my pregnancy. I take it at 6pm every evening. I missed last nights. Should I take it now and then take todays at 6 as well. Or just miss yesterdays all together? I'm taking it as my bmi is over 35, its 38. Thanks

Clexane is advised for many reasons in pregnancy ,in your case as you are overweight it is prescribed as a caution against thrombosis. Clexane basically dilutes blood and overdose can cause bleeding problems. Therefore my advice to you would be to omit this dose of Clexane, rather than taking two so close by.
