I'm 16 Years Old. I Was Hospitalized For Ten Days

I'm 16 years old. I was hospitalized for ten days from late June to early July due to complications, my liver enzymes were over a 1000. A few of the symptoms faded away within a few weeks but it has been four months and I'm still having nausea, loss of appetite, and sever abdominal pain where my liver is supposed to be. I went to the ER a couple weeks ago and they said my enzymes were normal but it REALLY hurts and is very persistant. Why!?!?!
