Im 18 And The Doc I Visited Told Me I

Im 18 and the doc i visited told me i hav a thyroid problem. ..and my level is 32....i dont knw if its Hypo or hyperthyroidism. I would like u to tel me wether its one dose thyroid problem. And lately ive been feeling very angry and mostly irritated and depressed....i get hurt easily fr example if anyone is rude or mean to me im unable to control myself and i jst cry til i fall asleep or until i cry my heart out.....and i feel like im hallucinating nowadays though im nt sure. Ive started to hav dry skin...nd lots of hairloss. Im frel cold easily nd unable to keep myself warm and im unable to concentrate on studies or even do small easy jobs dat my mom tells me to do....ive gained weight constantly and i feel bad to go out much wid frnds and family as i feel ugly and fat. I feel insecure....and im scared to talk to a doc in person and i dont know why...i hope u can help me.Thank you
