I'm 23 And Got My Tonsillectomy And Adenoidectomy 11 Days

I'm 23 and got my tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy 11 days ago. Last night I was just laying down in bed, tasted blood so I went to the bathroom and blood just started pouring out of my mouth in clots. I went to the ER they told me just gargle cold water. I bled for 2 hours, even choking on the clots. This morning I went to my ENT dr and he didn't say anything about the hemorrhage just looked in my throat said he seen a blister put medicine on it and sent me on my way. I'm very nervous about the bleeding and I'm scared there's something wrong he's not catching because he doesn't seem like he cares too much. Should I get a second opinion or should I be ok now that I stopped bleeding ?
