I'm 31 Year Old Man, I Had High Fever, Sweating,

I'm 31 year old man, I had high fever, sweating, feeling cold at times, loss of appetite, weakness lethargy, severe back pain, & I had blood in my phlegm a few times , but don't have any now, my chest X-Ray was done dey were quite unusual the doctor said they suspected cancer but now say there is little chance of that, dey have done a bronchoscope, no result yet I'm waiting.they have took urine samples blood samples stool samples & phlegm samples,I'm in hospital right now but feel a little better than before please help me
