I'm 46 Years Old I Missed 7 Months Of Not

I'm 46 years old I missed 7 months of not having a period and when I got one on the 8th month it was first like a spotting and then a longer period than usual... and now I have no period for 2 months just a little spotting but at moment no period this month but mild cramps.. Back ache feeling aches and pains on left side of stomach..... And feeling like twitch on Brest driving me crazy sometimes I'm cold when it's warm or hot when it's cold....
