I'm 49 1/2 And Have Had Regular Periods All My

I'm 49 1/2 and have had regular periods all my life, I haven't had an period this year (4months), which is very unusual and there is no way I am pregnant.
I had bloods done in December and asked gp if I was menopausal as I had been feeling different & she said it didn't look like it according to bloods but it was possible. I have been experiencing cramps on & off that I thought felt like period pain, have urgency to urinate & sometimes it's just a dribble but have had to start wearing pads for the accidents. On top of this I have lost my appetite or any desire, which is real unusual and as a result lost 14lbs in last 6 weeks without trying but have eaten less than usual. Also I go from hot to cold in seconds
Does this sound normal as I don't want to go to gp & over react if it may just be menopause as menopause does not bother me at all.
Many thanks
Possible over worrier!
