I'm 54 And Beginning To Have Extreme Discomfort In My

I'm 54 and beginning to have extreme discomfort in my mouth because of what seems to be malformation of my right jaw. The whole right side of my skull is slightly smaller than the right. I guess it's congenital, but it's never been a major problem until now, just uneven wearing of my teeth. But now my tongue keeps getting trapped between my teeth on the right side, my teeth are shifting considerably, and I have pain and fatigue of my jaw. My speech is affected, and I can't sleep. What can be done, and who should I see?
