I'm 63 Years Old, On The West Coast & Otherwise

I'm 63 Years old, on the west coast & otherwise in excellent health. Tonite around 8 pm I started having diarrhea. I took Immodium, which was all we had--not Immodium-AD which has worked for me in the past. I have taken the maximum amount prescribed on the box, but it hasn't stopped. Then, about 11pm, I started vomiting. I haven't had anything like this in so long, I don't know what else to do. I can send my husband to the pharmacy, but I don't know what to get, and, of course, there will beno pharmacist on duty. Can you help? Thank you
