I'm 79 And Have Premature Atrial And Ventricular Beats, Mild

I'm 79 and have premature atrial and ventricular beats, mild aorta and mitral valve insufficiency, visited two cardiologists, one told me there is not a big problem en didn't gave me medicines, the other told me I need to use propranolol and aspirin to protect atrial fibrillation and blood clots.

Who is right, because I asking myself am I suffer from a heart disease, or it's only the old age.
