I'm A 23 Year Old Female,I Was Officially Diagnosed With

I'm a 23 year old female,I was officially diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis when I was 16 but I had had symptoms from childhood. When I was younger I was mostly unable to look down without leaning forward because of an intense pain in my tailbone for a couple of hours in the morning. My question though is about the rest of my body,Ive tried all hair remedies but my hair keeps falling out and now I have a bald spot in the back of my hair that just started out as a smooth tiny dot,now it measures 5cm wide (it's almost a perfect circle)It took only a few weeks to get this way and my hair does not recover.Note the skin there is as smooth as ceramic ,no hair follicles nothing,it's like hair never grew there. It doesn't itch or hurt or burn,it's just spreading.Could it be a result of my arthritis. And could arthritis have given me 4 years of recurring vaginal candida (twice a mnth) when I was a teen? And BV for a while after..and bad facial skin that scars and never heals always I'm not on any medications,I cannot afford it.Its troubled me for years,I feel very old.I appreciate your response you have no idea how much I need proper medical advice.I have tested for HIV/AIDS and sti/std's and come out clean. My entire body always hurts
