What Causes Sudden Spasms Under My Left Rib, Along With Indigestion, Bloating, Loss Of Appetite, And A Late Period?

I’m a 25 year old female for the past week I have been having a sudden spasm like feeling under my left breast bone rib cage area it’s usually in the same spot lasts for a few seconds sometimes it’s more intense then other times . Also I been having indigestion bloating and loss of appetite. Im also late on my period but my periods are typically very irregular
