I'm A 54 Year Old Female Diagnosed With Intersticial Cystitis

I'm a 54 year old female diagnosed with intersticial cystitis over 12 years ago. I had outpatient procedure that verified that my bladder will only hold about half of what is normal. Now I have leakage with no urges at all. I have to wear the adult diapers and they are often not enough protection during the day and never at night. I also have fibromyalgia. Any ideas to help me with the urinary leakage?
