I'm Almost 12 Weeks Pregnant And At 9 Weeks, I

I'm almost 12 weeks pregnant and at 9 weeks, I went in to get an ultrasound from a free clinic. They said they found no heartbeat and that the measurements were around 7 weeks and a day. I started spotting around 3 weeks ago, and the bleeding got worse along with painful cramps and blood clots last Friday. I never looked for any masses. So i don't know if I passed any. The cramps subsided around Monday and clots subsided within the last few days, but the bleeding continues. This was my first pregnancy so I don't know what to except from here out. I would just like extra information and what I should proceed to do next. Thanks.
