I'm Desperate Need To Come Fast Off 240mg Adco Zildemn

I'm desperate need to come fast off 240mg Adco Zildemn 240mg SR for Prinz metals my medical aid won't pay for them any more - had very bad cluster attacks over months last year. Also take Enap twice daily for BP. I still get occasional angina on Adco but use SL 5mg isosorbide as little as possible. Cardio once said could come off maybe later, plse give me advice how to taper it off to the minimum or none at all to get off a drug I can't afford. Regards Naomi
