I'm Getting Gammaplex Via IVIG For CIDP, Just Started With

I'm getting Gammaplex via IVIG for CIDP, just started with it, only had 3 treatments so far, which I receive in the form of a 2 hour intravenous infusions Is their a health risk on the days I get this IVIG, while also receiving knee injections of Synvist for my arthritis?
I get these knee injections just one a week, and the IVIG 5 days a week for the next 6 months. So here is the concern:
The Gammaplex might enter my bloodstream, (through my knee) so I'm worried this Synvist from the IVIG might interact negatively with the Gammaplex I get just 1 hour before my IVIG.
Am I panicking for nothing? or is Gammaplex and Synvist the way I get them unlikely to interact negatively?
