I'm Male, 23 Years Of Age, 6ft, 78kg, Fit -

I'm male, 23 years of age, 6ft, 78kg, fit - go to the gym 4 days a week. I have a small pea - sized lump on the base of my spine. It's underneath the skin, just to the right of the spine itself, however it also has a small red dot on top (like a boil of some sort). It's sore to touch - and has been that way for about 2 weeks.

Bending forwards to touch my toes hurts. If I lie down and raise my legs up, the pain is worse. I have had issues with Lower back pain in the past: about 1 year ago I slightly aggravated a disk around the same area. But this feels different - not as severe but I can pin point the pain more accurately to one specific area of my back, also it's more of a constant dull ache. No sharp sudden pain.

Thanks and I would appreciate any help!
