I'm Pretty Sure I Have An Umbilical Hernia. There's Been

I'm pretty sure I have an umbilical hernia. There's been a few times that I've lifted something or even bent down too fast and it feels like a horrible cramp and a bulge and I have to hold my stomach really tight until it goes away which it does in under a minute. This past week I've had nausea on and off, worse after I eat. I've been constipated. I've had a few really good bowel movements after taking miralax and drinking lots of water. I still have the sensation that I need to go more. I have bowel sounds in all four quadrants. My abdomen feels full and distended when standing.
