I'm Taking Prozac And I'm Also On The Birthcontrol Implanon

I'm taking Prozac and I'm also on the birthcontrol implanon . I'm am 16 years old . And I've gain so much weight , I don't know what to do! I don't know whether it the Prozac , implanon , or both. Please help . I want answers so I can get back to my normal skinny body. Should I maybe stop implanon? Ever sense I got on birthcontrol I've had no periods , a lot of acne , and serious weight gain . I'm talking prozac for daily depression . Please help ! I want to know what is going on with my body.
