I'm Turning 30 Years Old. Within The Past 6 Or

I'm turning 30 years old. Within the past 6 or more months I been getting a lot of itchy spots on my body. It started near my private area and now I feel itchy in different parts of my body. I notice my skin got darker in certain areas i be itching and its mostly near my private area, waist and my thighs. But now my arms, shoulder, and my chest starting to get itchy from time to time and it's super annoying. Im not sure if it's bed bugs or fleas from my dogs and I do put flea meds on my pets and clean my bed sheets. When I do get itchy it's pretty annoying where I can't hold it but to itch it. Some part of the body like my thighs when I scratch or itch it, I notice sometime the skin reacts to it and I could see the spot gets all red and dry white skin on the pores. Please get back to me. I really don't know what to do or who to talk to. Thank you.
