Implanon Fitted, No Periods. Having Nausea, Headaches, Sore Boobs. Pregnancy Test Negative. Pregnancy Chances?

Hi, I have had the Implanon rod for just over a year and don't get any bleeding or periods but for the last 2-3 week I have had really bad nursea all day everyday, going to the bathroom all the time, bad headache and very sore boobs. I have taken two pregnancy test and both came back negative I was just wondering if there is anyway I could be pregnant ?

implanon is very safe.
effective for 3 yrs.
urine test negative,shows u r nonpregnant.
nausea , headache sore boobs are its side effects.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
As long as implanon is working the possibility of pregnancy is less.
The symptoms you are having could be side effects of the implanon.
You once consult gynecologist, get examined to rule out the possibility of pregnancy.
Then with her advice you can go for symptomatic treatment.
Possibly the symptoms will subside soon.
If same problem repeats in future, think of changing the contraceptive method.
