In July I Had Surgery Removing Parotid Gland (pleomorphic Adenoma).

In July I had surgery removing parotid gland (pleomorphic adenoma). I have some numbness from the surgery. They also removed some tissue from by my belly button to fill in the face where the gland was removed. October 5th - Nov 19th I had radiation treatments. Now I am having shooting pains in my ear on left side, my scalp above the ear is very tender to touch, and late in the day it appears to be swollen a little bit. This is all on the same side that I had the radiation treatments. Should I see the radiation doctor or my regular doctor?
