In November I Had 2 Periods 1 The Beginning Of

In November I had 2 periods 1 the beginning of the month and one the last week also same as October no period in December and no period this month so far. I wiped today and there was a streak of blood . After that nothing was seen . Ive been experiencing nausea no vomiting only a few times headaches back pain pressure to right and left pelvic area also discomfort in the bottom of my stomach across to the other side sometimes I don't have a appetite . I feel tired all the time I took a pregnancy text about 2 weeks ago and it said negative can you please tell me what could be causing these things
