Hello there I have read through your question and understand your concern. It seems you are suffering from Gastroesophageal reflux disease. It happens due to excessive acid production in the stomach. You should consult a physician and the next course of action is to get an endoscopy done. Meanwhile you should continue with the bland diet. Drink lots of water, atleast seven to eight litres per day. Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid eating anything two hours before going to sleep. Try raising the head end of your bed with the help of two pillows while sleeping. You may take a proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole to control the acid production. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
