Increased Appetite, Weightgain, Backpain, Short Periods Followed By Brown Discharge. Had Regular Unprotected Sex. HPT Negative. Ideas?

I've haven't been feeling like myself lately, I've had unprotected sex almost everyday of every month even while on my period, I've been eating slot ltely I've gained almost 30 pounds, my breast feel heavier, I always feel like I gotta throw up, I've been having terrible pain in my back, I be feeling something move in my stomach it does it three times then stopped, my period came on lasted 4 days and suddenly after that I had a brown discharge could I be pregnant, urine test come back negative

Hello,

Regular unprotected sex has greater chance of being pregnant. You must undergo one blood test for beta-hCG to exclude early miscarriage as all above features are quite common in pregnancy.

Beside pregnancy, there are several reasons of brown discharge like hormonal imbalance, pelvic or vaginal infection, stress/ anxiety, old blood or endometrial tissue, irregular diet habit etc.

Here, you may need to undergo one pelvic ultrasound scan and hormone test to pinpoint the diagnosis in the absence of pregnancy.

Treatment depends on underlying etiology. Consult with your gynecologist at the earliest for other relevant investigation if any.

Avoid stress, take healthy diet, control body wt, maintain genital hygiene properly and take proper sleep.
