Increased Wrinkles On Forehead, Undereyes, Pimples On Face After Using Panderm Plus. Suggest

Dear doctor,
I am 25 yrs old. I have wrinkles on my forehead and under my eyes and also pimples on my face. Just to get rid of them I was suggested by my friend to use Panderm Plus,so after using it for a month or so, the pimples became drastically more with scars on cheeks. Now am not sure how to get rid of them. And I really dont know which skin type is mine. Could you please advise me on the skin type... I have many pimples and scars and also wrinkles which is very embarassing to have at this very early age.
Also suggest me the best cream to use and also in addition to it if anything else needed(please name them).

Hi ur pimples and wrinkles are mainly due to application of pandrum plus ointment as it contains steriods.the pimples can be controlled by antibiotic.application of clindamycin ointment in the morning and deriva-ms ointment in the night.as far as wrinkles aree concerned due revize cream or botanica cream at night
