Index Finger Cut. What Are The Build Ups There?

several months back i cut myself on the top of my left index finger just behind the nail. The cut healed but about every two weeks a clear thick fluid with no smell builds up under the scar tissue . I have to lance it in order to get relief from the pressure that builds up. What is this stuff that builds up under the scar tissue? I have high blood pressure and type two diabetes .

Hi, Jalanis,
Thanks for query.
It seems that you are having chronic infection in your nail bed causing this problem.
Go for proper dressing by doctor and have one course of antibiotic medicine.
Ok and bye.
