Infant Having Rash On Thighs, Pimple Like Dots Spreading To Legs, Resembles Ringworm, No Improvement With Anti-fungal Cream. What Should Be Done?

My daughter is 10 months old and has a bad rash on her thigh that it now spreading in pimple like dots underneath the rash and onto her other leg. Based on what I ve seen in pictures it looks like ringworm . I just started yesterday putting an antifungal cream on I but it seems to not be getting any better. What should I do?

Hi i think it is seborrhic dermatitis due to excessive sweating.it is most common infection in infants.see for other areas like nape of neck.scalp or other hairy areas.it should be differentiated with napkin dermatitis or candidiasis .it can be treated with momate ointment in the morning and keto b ointment in the night
