Hello,
Since your child is at the age of 2 years, the swelling can be due to eruption of posterior deciduous molars.
A thorough clinical evaluation by a dentist is necessary to rule out the cause of swelling.
Meanwhile.maintain oral hygiene well.
Brush and floss your teeth as well as tongue daily.
If decayed teeth occurs,it has to be restored.
Rinse mouth after every meals.
Take care.
