Infected Ear, Painful, Sore, Draining, Itchy, Loss Of Balance And Dizzy. How To Cure It ?

My ear has been severly infected the last 3-4 weeks and I have had my balance off and also dizzy and loss of hearing . My ear is very painful and sore. Its also draining. It itches too. It has also been having csabbing in it from the extreme amount of drainage at night. I tried flushing it in the shower but no luck. I can t stop sticking a cutip in it because it itches very bad and the scabs are closing off my hearing even more. I tried drops but they didn t work either. Now its bleeding and still dripping fluid out all day. Please help. I have no insurance and thats why I have continued to deal with it but its getting worse.

FOR ACUTE INFECTION ;

Kindly get yourself thoroughly investigated as you have been suffering from Suppurative Otitis Media entering your inner ears also leading to loss of balance //hard of hearing//dizzyness.

The investigations include mainly (1)Pus for Culture and Sensitivity(2)Routine Blood Counts and Blood Chemistry(3)Urinalysis Complete(4)X-Ray of Skull lateral focussing on Mastoid Aircells/Paranasal Sinuses//

A thorough cleaning of the affected Ear by the ENT Surgeon and keeping the area dressed as appropriate by ENT Surgeon.

A course of Antibiotic as per C/S reports//Anti inflammatory Drugs//Decongestants//

AFTER THE ACUTE INFECTION SUBSIDES
, Audiometry (pure tone/Impedence both)to be done by the ENT Department to assess the degree of hearing loss or percentage of disability and further management in case there is disability by prescription of hearing aids by the specialist.
