Infected Scabs On Penis. Used Neosporin. Clear Drainage. Help

Hello. So, my query isn t really about me. It is about my boyfriend. he was trimming his pubic hair with a pair of scissors and accidently cut himself.... 3 times. Don t ask me how you manage to cut yourself three times and not think to put the scissors down. Anyway, he had the three scabs. Then they became infected, I guess because he kept squeezing them and pus/liquid would come out. So then he thought they had turned into zits or something. He kept messing with them and wouldn t leave them alone/stop picking at them. i got him to soak them in warm soapy water and then put Neosporin on them. Since then, they have calloused over. he has the three hard calloused looking warts on his scrotum now. Just tonight he noticed something different. he says it looks likhe they are getting bigger. They are about the size of peas and the really big one is about the size of a wasabi pea.... he squeezed the one that he said looked like it was getting bigger and very very little clear water looking liquid came out. he is becoming worried. he saw a doctor once about this a while back and they told him it was fine. but he is worried again and they haven;t gone away. PLEASE HELP.
